Outer fabric is 100% cotton and cut with virtually no wasted material.
Elastic is completely biodegradable - made of only organic cotton and natural rubber* (from a tree) - and more durable than conventional hair ties or synthetic elastics.
The thread is 100% cotton as well.
Thick hair friendly, machine washable and dryable.
* Natural rubber contains latex. It is completely enclosed in the outer fabric, but those with a severe latex allergy should be aware.

Scrunchies are the trend that never should have died. We thought they should last longer, but not *too* long, so we sourced elastic that is made from natural plant-based rubber and organic cotton.
Stays stretchy for longer, but won't stay in the Earth forever.
