This kelly green half apron is less poofy than my other styles. Made with an upcycled button-down shirt and accented with coordinating pink and tan floral waistband and pleated ruffle hem.
Pockets are important, so I kept the original chest pocket of the shirt, and added another (bigger) side pocket, plus a piece of scrap material on the top edge for durability.
Ties are made from 100% cotton twill tape.
Any corners on the apron, such as the pocket edges, are reinforced with tack stitches.
MEASUREMENTS:
Waistband: 26"
Length of ties: 34" each
Length of apron skirt: 28"
(For reference, mannequin's waist measures 32")

Neither are the clothes or linens I use to make these aprons!

I carefully craft each one to utilize as much of the material as possible. Which means they'll all be different sizes - but hey, so are we.
Measurements of each apron are listed in the item's description! The clothing sizes listed are approximate, and should be used as a guide. If you are typically outside those sizes, expect more or less coverage.
Seams and pockets are reinforced, so you can wash and wear for years to come.
