This wild rose striped half apron is a wild one. I didn't expect to find coordinating material for this upcycled button-down shirt, but here they are! Straight from grandma's fabric stash.
...no, seriously, that's where they came from...
Pockets are important, so I kept the original tiny pocket, re-attached a corner of it, and added two pockets in the sides - with a patch behind them AND twill tape on the edges for durability.
Any corners on the apron, such as the pocket corners, are reinforced with tack stitches.

Waistband: 26"
Length of ties: 39" each
Length of apron skirt: 28"
(For reference, mannequin's waist measures 32")

I carefully craft each one to utilize as much of the material as possible. Which means they'll all be different sizes - but hey, so are we.

Seams and pockets are reinforced, so you can wash and wear for years to come.
